Conditions for online purchase of , gift cards, vouchers, therapies and packages
The online marketing of products and services of the Majestic Massage Center is subject to the legal conditions regarding the distance sale of goods and services.
All services, gift cards, vouchers and packages within the Majestic Massage Center are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
If the time period expires, the service cannot be refunded. Their value cannot be exchanged for money.
Packages are a mix of several services and have discounts of 10%, 20% and 25% and are paid in full in advance to benefit from the discounts displayed. If you want to give a few sessions from your subscription to someone you love, you can do it whenever you want and just let us know.
Gift cards have various values and are paid in full in advance. In order not to completely forget the sessions purchased and given and to help those you have given them to relax as soon as possible, the vouchers are valid for 3 months from purchase.
Both therapies, gift cards and packages are transferable and allow them to be personalized with the name of the person who will benefit from the purchased services. After purchasing via online payment, the buyer will receive them by email at the address provided at the time of payment. Or they can pick up the printed card at the center's reception. If you want to personalize the gift in the name of a specific person to whom it is being given, let us know and we will personalize it and send it to you in electronic format.
If you change your mind, please notify us in writing by email contact@majesticmassage.ro that you are cancelling your purchase, without penalty and without giving a reason, within 14 working days of purchasing a specific therapy, gift card or subscription only if the purchased services have not been used.
If the client has used part of the purchased services and wants a refund, he/she will pay for the consumed services at the list rates addressed to non-members and the rest will be refunded if 14 days have not passed from the purchase. After the expiration of the 14-day period from the time of payment /date of activation of the gift card or subscription, the client no longer has the possibility to give up the paid services.
Reservations for a relaxation service with a Voucher/Gift Card/package can be canceled or modified at least 4 hours in advance.

How to purchase therapies, gift cards/vouchers and subscriptions
They can be purchased in various ways:
• At the reception of the Majestic Massage center, the operating hours of the reception are daily Mon-Sun between 10:00 and 22:00. Payment can be made in cash or by card. If the beneficiary is not the same as the person who paid, we can personalize them with the name of the person to whom they are given.
• Online directly from the majesticmassage.ro website, vouchers section, by filling out the online purchase form and making the payment through the MobilPay platform. The gift card will be sent to you in electronic format.
• By bank transfer to the account of the company MAJESTIC MEDIA SRL Bank account (IBAN): RO87INGB0000999913978985 Swift code: INGBROBUXXX. Please then confirm the payment via the bank.
How to make an appointment
Appointments can be made by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp or in Google Maps messaging but not on Facebook, Tiktok or Instagram.
If possible, make your appointments a few days in advance if you want to be sure that you reserve a specific time. If you want an appointment on the current day, it is best to do it by phone for real-time confirmation of available intervals.
In the case of appointments paid in advance, we are not obliged to return the service value in case of no-show. If objective and justified situations arise (example: travel outside Bucharest, medical problems, etc.) and you do not know when you will be available again, it is recommended to notify at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. When the problem has been resolved, call us and we can reschedule the sessions by mutual agreement.
We will do our best to find a convenient solution.
We refer here especially to appointments paid in advance at the reception or by digital methods (for example, payment order, bank card in the platform or bank transfer) in which case you could lose the value of that service if you do not notify us. We want to respect the working hours of our therapists as well as the possibility of offering this available time to other potential clients who wish to benefit from our services.

Payment for services is made:
· Directly at the Majestic Massage center by cash or card

A few rules for clients
The client is obliged to show up at the scheduled date and time at our center.
Canceling an appointment:
· Cancellations via Facebook, Instagram or TikTok are not taken into account.
· Canceling an appointment less than 4 hours before the scheduled time or failure to show up leads to a session being considered as having been carried out.
· More than 2 cancellations within a month will require a 50% deposit for the next appointment if it has not been prepaid or will be considered a session made from a voucher, therapy or subscription.
In the case of an appointment, please arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled time to have a moment to rest, pay, and discuss with the therapist what needs and preferences you have regarding your therapy.
Payment for services will be made befores starting the therapy
If during the service received, you are not satisfied within the first 10 minutes with the quality of the therapy, you have the right to communicate that you want it to end and your payment will be returned.
If the client is late and there is no one scheduled after that, we will strive to perform the scheduled service in full. If immediately after his appointment, there is another appointment, the client who was late will receive the treatment for the remaining time of the appointment and he will pay for the service in full. If the client doesn't show for more than 20 minutes, the appointment will be considered cancelled and if the cost was paid in advance, it will not be returned.
Please understand that for each massage or therapy, the salon employees prepare themselves, the objects, the room for each client in a personalized way. Once a client does not come or is late for an appointment beyond the allowed limit, the therapists' schedule and the salon's schedule would be disharmoniously shifted and would affect clients scheduled on the same day and who come on time. We want to respect both our clients and therapists, and therefore those who are late or do not come to their appointments will have a shorter relaxation time or none at all.
Please mention to the therapist any special medical conditions or situations you have before starting a wellness therapy at our center.
Please also clearly communicate to them what therapy you want, where to insist and where you have a state of discomfort.
We inform you that the therapists of the Majestic Center do not provide sexual or erotic services. All our massages and therapies are wellness, therapeutic or holistic. Clients whose behavior is unsavory and inappropriate towards our therapists will never be able to receive any service at our center and, in extreme cases, will be reported to the security company and, respectively, to the police.
