How far in advance do I need to make an appointment?

As soon as you know you want a massage. It all depends on how things actually are on each particular day. So, as soon as you get an idea about when you want the session, please do give us a call and we will do our best to match it.

What type of massage is right for me?

This depends on many factors. We encourage you to ask questions at the phone and we will guide you through choosing the massage type service which would be the best for your needs.

What if I want to extend my session?

Yes, usually many feel so great and want more massage! Just communicate that to your therapist. If there is no other immediate massage booking right after yours, he/she will check and then will inform you.

Are tips expected?

Tips are not expected or necessary, but of course they are an excellent way to let the massage therapists know they’ ve done an outstanding job.

How often should I get a massage?

If time and money were not considerations, how often would you like to feel relaxed and stress free? That’s how often you should get a massage. But minimum 1 time/week though.

Can I have the therapist work on just one area?

If you feel pain or discomfort on certain areas of the body, then we recommend you the therapeutic Swedish massage. So, if you’d like the massage therapist to focus on one specific area, just ask when you make the booking.

Do I need to remove my clothing?

It depends on what massage you want.

During a full body massage with oil, you keep the underwear and the bra (for women), though you may be asked to remove a obstructive jewelry. A big towel will cover the areas of your body whitch are not massaged.

If you want to keep clothes on you, then choose shiatsu, osteopathic or thai treatment.

Do you use oils during massage?

We are usually using natural quallity aromatic oil. Except from shiatsu, osteopathic and thai massage (because they are performed on clothes).

I’m pregnant. Can I still get a massage?

During pregnancy till 4th month, massage is not recommended or should be super soft (like limph drainage). After 5h month, we can do a specific massage for pregnant women. So, be sure to let your therapist know you are pregnant so he/she can assure your safety and comfort. This is especially true if you are in the first trimester, when it may not be obvious that you are pregnant.

Are there contraindications for massage?

Yes. Medical contraindications include but are not limited to: uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes, fractures, herniated discs, malignancy, numbness or tingling in any part of the body, especially the hands and feet. Please inform your massage therapist of any acute or ongoing health conditions before the massage.

Do you do "extra" services?

No, we do only the professional massages, therapies & rituals from the list. No sexual services. Do not ask for that, please.

Tips for a great massage

  • Try as possible to avoid eating 1.5 hours before and after the massage session. The massage can become really uncomfortable and not so effective if you have a huge dinner right before your appointment or you drink too much liquids.
  • From our experience we can say the best lenght of a proper massage session is 90 min. You will have time to deeply relax also your mind not only your body.
  • Before any massage, if you know you have some health condition, please talk to your personal physician first, so we will be sure no problem occurs after. Also notify your massage therapist before the massage about them so she/he will know how to adapt the maneuvers and pressure.
  • Communicate your needs clearly before and even during the massage session. Speak up about temperature, music choice or volume, massage pressure, speed and maneuvers etc. A good experience is important and we are always happy to hear you.
  •
Turn your phone on silent mode. You can't really relax if you're answering calls, checking emails and send texts. Value your relaxation time.

If the cancelation time is shortly than 3h there might be a charge for you.

Take a shower

If you know you sweat, it's best to take a nice shower before the massage. Insist between the toes and buttocks.

This will ensure a pleasant absorption of the natural massage oil used during the massage. Your skin will be nourished.

Show respect to our staff

Our massage therapists are very polite and educated. They are highly trained professional with diploma masseurs.

Behave and do not ask other services. Any demand of such services will be followed by the immediate leaving of the therapists without refunding!

To talk or not to talk?

You can talk during the treatment or be still, as you choose. But stillness would be more recommended.

The therapist should follow your lead. If you're not talking and the therapist won't be quiet, you can say something like, "I'm just going to be quiet/rest for a little while." The therapist will get the hint.

In general, try to use a "quiet voice" when you are in a massage centre.

Take it easy after

After the treatment is over, take it easy getting up for a few minutes as you should be very relaxed by now.

It is recommended that after the massage session to drink still natural water to hydrate your body.

Also would be perfect if you go in a quiet nice place to feel the overall rejuvenation.

Can I choose a therapist?

If you are for the first time, then the first free massage therapist will be asigned.

If you know already a massage therapist you like, you can ask a massage booking with her/him. Just let us know her/his name or look.

Tips are not expected or necessary, but of course they are an excellent way to let the massage therapists know they’ve done an outstanding job.
