About Veronica Crăciun

I am Veronica Crăciun, psychotherapist and psychological counselor, with training in psychodrama at the Psychodrama Society "J.L. Moreno" in Cluj and in experiential counseling for children, couples and families, at the Experiential Psychotherapy Society in Romania.

I offer psychotherapy services in a safe, empathetic and confidential setting, tailored to the needs of each person who chooses to start a therapeutic process.

Couple psychotherapy really helps and clarifies the reasons why partners are at an impasse, who are facing misunderstandings, jealousy, emotional distancing or communication difficulties, attachment, toxic or abusive relationships, etc. Here we will offer you support in understanding relationship dynamics and finding balance.
Price per session (approx. 90 min) - 400 lei

Counseling for teenagers

We work in psychotherapy with adolescents who feel misunderstood, isolated or overwhelmed by emotions and external pressures, who suffer from school stress, anger, social withdrawal, etc., offering them a safe space for authentic expression and the development of self-confidence.

Price session (approx. 60min) - 290 lei

In the event of separation or loss of a loved one (mourning), a difficult illness (personal or those caring for someone), major changes such as moving, career change, retirement or unexpected layoff, identity or age crises, traumatic or unexpected events, bankruptcy etc.

Regardless of age, at any time, there are periods when one can face a decrease in self-esteem, lack of meaning, existential confusion, perfectionism, excessive self-criticism, difficulties in decision-making, emotional blockages, desire for self-knowledge and personal evolution.

Experiential therapy

A complex, holistic approach based on traditional therapy techniques combined with cognitive-behavioral approaches and individual (and group) psychodrama with the aim of facilitating deep processes of understanding, overcoming emotional difficulties and producing genuine inner
transformations.

Individual/Group Psychodrama

Psychodrama helps participants explore their inner reality and release emotions in a supportive and accepting setting that provides warmth and safety, using play, role-playing, and mirroring. The group has a minimum of 5 people, and meetings take place every 1–3 weeks.
