Does the massage hurts?


We think that any massage’s aim is to comfort you and not to hurt you. The purpose of a relaxation massage, for example, is to relax you deeply and not to stress you more.

If you feel pain, tension, discomfort, you must tell your therapist or therapists. They are not always so empathic and cannot read the mind, and if the pressure is too strong, tell them and they will diminish and adapt it.
